This I got from Google by inputting how to animate Earth Globe as keywords.  These are animated gifs.  If you have an image program like Fireworks, Adobe Photoshop or Corel Draw, you can create animated gifs in them.  There is even a free program called Gimp that you can do the same, although you could just use one of the free animated graphics at the above link.
