Dear All,

I am new to the whole web hosting/publishing thing. So, here is what I have done and perhaps some kind soul can tell me how to make it actually work!

I created a site entirely in Flash. I published the site as a projector, .exe, .html, and .swf files. I then placed all of these files in the "public_html" folder. However, when I go to the site (www.klmdigitalllc.com) it doesn't work properly. The buttons don't go to the correct pages, and half the time the site doesn't even COME UP! However, when I run it on my machine, everything works perfectly.

So... what am I doing wrong and how do I fix this? I don't know if it's my paths that are mixed up, or if it's confused because I have 4 different files that have the name "index" although all are different formats. Or something completely different.

I would really appreciate any insight someone might be able to give me.

Thanks!

It probably has to do with relative and absolute paths.
Wait, I checked your site, and yeah, the buttons are confused. Would you mind making more clear what exactly you wrote for the buttons? Thank you.

Hi klmdi

First of all, you create a site entirely in Flash. Doh   Nobody tells you! that Flash sites take so much time to open. I think you make this site for the broadband users. But you did't know that most of the people using the dial up connection for internet. And they all hate this thing (Fully Flash based site). I suggest you don't make a entirely flash based site, plz modify it and use some other tools in it.
Flash sites looks nice but when I visit your site i think i need a ultra violet goggles. There is nothing to see. Now your sol, I think, this is not a problem(same name) bcz the formats are different. But you can change it for your satisfaction.

thanks
