I cant figure out why some of my photo's in my photo gallery are loading but not all of them. I have checked my .xml's and .fla and still cannot resolve the issue. I tried to acquire help with support, However, I was pointed this direction. They stated that it looked like a scripting problem. Please help if possible. I am monitoring this. And not sure what you will need to see to help to be able to help. I can attach any files or give the site.  Confused Thanks

Could you show us an example link so we can see where the problem is?

The best example I can give...Is if you go to www.rineart.com It will/ should load up to the photo gallery part of the page. The very first picture will not load, however, the third one down in the right column will.

Hmm, well I am not that fluent in Flash, but what I would do is compare the code around the one that isn't working with the one that is.  See if there are any differences between the two.  Also, double check and make sure you have your file locations correct, and see if you can browse to the picture by just going to your file location, such as:

yourdomain.com/folder/pictures/file1.jpg

See if it comes up that way.  Hope that helps some!

Yea I thought about that. I'm using an .xml to direct the gallery to the proper folders. That sections particular .xml is:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="yes?>
<data>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th1.jpg" img="pix/title1/img1.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th2.jpg" img="pix/title1/img2.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th3.jpg" img="pix/title1/img3.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th4.jpg" img="pix/title1/img4.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th5.jpg" img="pix/title1/img5.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th6.jpg" img="pix/title1/img6.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th7.jpg" img="pix/title1/img7.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th8.jpg" img="pix/title1/img8.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th9.jpg" img="pix/title1/img9.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th10.jpg" img="pix/title1/img10.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th1.jpg" img="pix/title1/img1.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th2.jpg" img="pix/title1/img2.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th3.jpg" img="pix/title1/img3.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th4.jpg" img="pix/title1/img4.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th5.jpg" img="pix/title1/img5.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th6.jpg" img="pix/title1/img6.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th7.jpg" img="pix/title1/img7.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th8.jpg" img="pix/title1/img8.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th9.jpg" img="pix/title1/img9.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th10.jpg" img="pix/title1/img10.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th1.jpg" img="pix/title1/img1.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th2.jpg" img="pix/title1/img2.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th3.jpg" img="pix/title1/img3.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th4.jpg" img="pix/title1/img4.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th5.jpg" img="pix/title1/img5.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th6.jpg" img="pix/title1/img6.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th7.jpg" img="pix/title1/img7.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th8.jpg" img="pix/title1/img8.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th9.jpg" img="pix/title1/img9.jpg"></pic>
 <pic thumb="thumbs/title1/th10.jpg" img="pix/title1/img10.jpg"></pic>

</data>

What doesn't make sense to me is that some of the pics will work while others do. If I test the .swf file or just preview it in a web browser everything works properly. Once I upload it. That is when things start messing up. Sad

Found the problem!  Thumbs Up

You have some files with lower case and some with capital extensions.  For example, on your first image - it was called:

   img1.JPG

and I changed it to:

   img1.jpg

Now that first picture is working.  So what you need to do is go through your pictures folder and rename the files to where they are all lower-cased.  Hope that helps!
