I want to have the video controls (eg. play, stop, pause...) for a Flash file that I'm going to stream from my site...what's the easiest way to obtain the controls?  what is the code to do that?  I have it for RealPlayer files, but not for Flash...thanks!

Hello;

 I am not completely sure I understand what you are attempting to do; Is the file a .swf file? Or is it just a normal video? Also, do you have Macromedia Flash Professional 8? When I embed flash videos into my site, usually the way I add the controls are by embeding the controls into the flash video.

I think you understand, I just want the Flash controls for my video (ie. play, pause, stop...).
Just the basics.  I'm using Flash MX and it is a .flv file.

Here is an alternative that I have used a few times before.  The Wimpy player might be what you are looking for.  Here is the Web site link:

 Yea, I'm using Flash MX Professional 8; If the wimpy player doesnt work / function like you want it to; if you have msn you can add me and send me the file; I will see if I can add the options to the file for you.
