Thanks to all who reply and are able to help me.

I am using Flash Template fp007-V2 from www.5sec.com

I am trying to put onto one of the pages a formmail section.

The problem is, is that the .swf file is the only file that you get. I can edit this file. If I bring it into a program like swish it just gets messed up. So I am working with what I've been given.

I would like to change one of the directory.txt files so that it would some how load up my php/html form and displays it in the text box alloted by the flash file.

When I do this I get an error message.

"_level0.content.alltextbox.instance52.pagecontent"

In the area where I would expect my form to appear.

Again thanks for any hints or tips or resolutions to my problem, I would also appreciate it if someone told me that I am just spinning my wheels.

unless you had the source .fla file, it looks to me like you may just have to put a link to a separate page which contains your formmail form.

Hope this helps.

Thanks ReTodd,

I haven't given up yet.

Here is some additional information.

This is a sample of the type of form that I would like to appear in place of a directory.txt file.

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN">
<html>
<head>
<title>What is your email address?</title>
</head>
  <body>
    <form action="/cgi-bin/formmail.pl" method="post">
      <input type="hidden" name="recipient" value="1" />
      <table>
        <tr>
            <td>What is your name ?</td>
            <td><input type="text" value="" name="name"></td>
        </tr>
        <tr>
            <td>What is your email address?</td>
            <td><input type="text" value="" name="email"></td>
        </tr>
        <tr>
            <td colspan="2"><input type="submit" value="Submit Query"></td>
        </tr>
      </table>
    </form>
  </body>
</html>

This is the original error message when I just place the html code into the directory.txt file.

_level0.content.alltextbox.instance52.pagecontent

And this is the error message I get when I don't have a directory.txt file and instead choose to make a redirect to an html file.

Example:

directory.txt -> directory.html

_level0.content.alltextbox.instance70.pagecontent

Also I was thinking about using something like a php  include statement to see if it would load that way.

But what I am really wanting to know is what do those error messages mean, and what solutions exist to my problem other then having someone go to a different webpage? If someone could point me into the right direction it would be much appreciated.

Thanks again,

Kevin
