Hi, I webcam and I wanted to transmit the image from the Internet. I want a smooth transfer image, is ideal for example, stream over flash.
My Internet is much slower than the Internet connection server, and for this reason I want to actually transmit the image to the server where it can monitor many more people. I am for this purpose VPS server, so me as rather appropriate recommendations on applications for this purpose.

The cheaper way around this might be to use a service like ustream.tv.  Let them do all the work, and you just need to embed the code into your site.
