What is the string I need to use to connect .asp pages on my site to a mysql database I've created through the cpanel.
I am also told that I can connect to the database from my computer so that I can test a db connection by using the following information.

Have you added your ip address to the access list in the mysql manager in your
cpanel?
What connection string are you trying to use?
You should use the server that your account is on for the host to connect to.

None of it made any sense to me as I for one I couldn't find mysql manager anywhere in mysql on cpanel. Can anyone give me some guidence on this subject too?
