I have created an ftp account through the control panel.  It says the account is Generic@cadresteel.com.  What address do I now use to access this ftp account?

Use your domain name. like ftp.yourdomain.com

That should work good for you.

Thanks Max, but I'm still having problems.  The main reason we signed up for this service was for transferring data between us and our customers.  What I did was go into the FTP manager from the Control Panel and created a new account giving it a name and a password.  Now when I go to frp.(mydomain).com and log in with my password and username I can get in, but if I try to log in with the new username and password I created, I can't get in.

Any suggestions?
