I am having trouble setting up my add on domains.
To complicate my issues, I made the mistake of not using all small caps when setting up.

My domain is www.prophonesex.com, but when uploading my pictures, I have to use "ProPhoneSex.com" and have been successful getting my site back up now that I have figured out the cap issue.

I've been trying to get www.wildkatpoker.com set up now (more to follow), and have uploaded an index page.  I am not able to get the picture properties to work and would have thought that I would have at least been able to see the index page with a lot of red x's, showing on my site, but just get an error page.

So, I'm assuming that I need to do something beyond uploading index page to public_html / WildKatPoker.

I have tried every version for my picture properties and am not sure what to try next.  I've tried http://www.WildKatPoker.com/name of picture, http://www.WildKatPoker.com/wildkatpoker/name of picture, http://www.ProPhoneSex.com/wildkatpoker/name of picture and so on with about 2 dozen different variations with no success.

I have previously emailed support but am not able to respond to any support emails as I get a message that my emails are blocked by Lunar's firewall spam protector.

You may need to contact support@lunarpages.com about this issue.  You might check the folder permissions for your addon domain's folder too - try CHMODing it to 644 or 755 just to test and see if that changes anything.

I'll contact them again, but support told me that I need to ask in the forum as this was not a support issue.

"TECH RESPONSE STARTS HERE ----

Hello, We are limited with the amount of scripting and coding support we can provide through the support desk, as support is primarily for account and server issues. You may also want to ask your questions in our forums at http://lunarforums.com . There are many customers and employees that frequently go to these forums answering questions and asking their own. You would also have a wider audience to assist in answering your questions in the forums then you would here through the help desk. For any assistance http://www.lunarforums.com --

Just got you taken care of and replied to.  I do apologize as well for the misunderstanding earlier by our other tech.  Happy 4th of July! Smile
