Is there a way to create a second login to cpanel in addition to the main account?

Currenty this option in not available on shared hosting servers.  Unsure if its available on VPS / Dedicated with cpanel.

If you had a Reseller hosting account, you would have individual logins for each domain, but don't think you can have multiple for a single domain.
