Recently we had a .MYD file get corrupted. Unfortunately it was the registered user table.  I am wondering if there is a way to run the CPanel database backup option as a cron job and save the result in our directory.

-you can setup as cron job
-local backup
-remote backup (backup stored on remote site,needs additional FTP account on remote site)
-backup management via browser
