Hey folks,

Ok so i rea a bit and did a fair bit of price comparison and decided to join lunarpages cause they/you offered what i need. I just completed the order form so am awaiting the confirmation details.

My question or issue is regarding the complexity of setup. Does the faq really give you all the info you need. What issues might i face when moving an established website with an active php board and largish myswl d.base

All help appreciated

The CPanel has a small learning curve, but it's pretty straightforward.  Some things have to be manually enabled, though they are there.  Sub-domains, for example, require an email to support@lunarpages.com to enable.
There's a lot there, and you can just refer to the links in @my's post above for help (ya beat me to it again!  Keepin me tied up with emails heheh).

yipes ..oh the pain.. the pain.... quick let me out. I'm squished..

OK so now the real thing. I just used the online ticketing system to get em to help load a mysql d.base dump onto my new server but alas i didn't take not of the ticket number cause it said i would be emailed the info.

I haven't got an email so would this mean that the ticket isn't logged or just email is crappy. Should I worry...
