Could you please tell me the good application to develop the websites. Many people are suggesting me the Microsoft FrontPage is good. I am not good to develop the sites with that ?

DreamWeaver owrks best. Since you don't really have to know any html or PHP to make a website. I thought Dreamweaver is free? It not now?

From my personal experience and as a personal opinion Frontpage is a tool out of the 90's and I would not recommend it to anyone for website creation.

For basic websites Dreamweaver would be most probably the best choice. However indeed it is expensive and a more WYSIWYG solution would probably be Artisteer with which you can create basic HTML and PHP based websites but also templates for well known CMS. Due to the fact that you do not have any control over the code like you do with Dreamweaver makes Artisteer a bit limited in functionality but as a user of Artisteer I would recommend it as a possible solution.

However if you aim for more complex websites then you should consider using a CMS out of the large number we already offer through the Softaculous suite.

Keep in mind that FrontPage/Expression Web, Dreamweaver, and Page Mason are completely different animals than Wordpress, Joomla, or Drupal. The first group are WYSIWYG page editors. You lay out a static HTML page by drawing it. The second group are (in increasing order of complexity and capability) content management systems. Both have templates to guide you and pick up some of the labor, to make pages consistent, but they produce very different results. So, be careful about tossing around all these product names as though they do about the same thing -- they don't!
