Hello, i have a major problem with my website and emails, plesk menu is not even as it should be! button menus are missing, i made one email and its not working.... email messages are lost on their way, plus i cannot setup anymore the emails (it gives me an error) and guess what.... SUPPORT DOESNT REPLY IN MY OPEN TICKET !!

Can i have a refund and leave from Lunarpages ?

It appears your ticket has had plenty of work done on it from our side, and looks like there was a technical glitch on our side of things.  As mentioned in the ticket please note that our server admin queue has a longer turn around time for responses, as the tickets tend to require more in depth evaluation.

Right now I see that somebody is working on your situation as we speak, so hopefully they will be able to get you a resolution soon.  Thanks!

The first time the admin gave me a reply in 3 hours, now its been 10 hours since my reply and everyone in the company complains to me for this.
I cant understant that, my plesk menu is different than the plesk menu i see at the tuttorials and at the plesk official website screenshots.

I have been assigned this issue by my supervisor. I have just looked over all the issues that you have reported.
I have resolved the creation of an email account issue as well as describe the reasoning behind the question about
creating email on remote server instead of the local machine. If you have any other issues or questions please feel
free to reply to the ticket. I have taken ownership and will get back to you as soon as possible.
