Greetings!

I'm based in China using a Chinese tech who doesnt speak English very well (recipe for confusion).

We had our website (in Chinese) up and running on another hosting company in the US but have transfered to Lunarpages due to poor cust.service in the other company.

We have had the ASP services enabled (not using html) and have uploaded our code twice (thot we'd made a mistake the first time) but still we cannot view our website.

Any suggestions to get this thing running.

Have you allowed enough time (up to 72 hours) for DNS changes to propagate? Whether you've registered the domain somewhere else (e.g., a .cn domain) or it's all at LP (e.g., .com), it takes time for the news of where to go for your site to spread around the world. Does a simple "Hello World" .html page work for you? What server plan are you on? If your site's Home Page is index.asp, have you gotten rid of the default "welcome page" index.html? (Basic plan, I don't know about Windows plan.) What kind of error are you getting... are you seeing a default page or nothing at all, or getting any error code or message?
