I am trying to configure an add-on domain and I think I'm missing a step. 

I have been successful with the "Addon Domain Maintenance" control panel, which has added the FTP user and subfolder.  The subdomain works (addon.maindomain.com), but when I go to the add-on domain (www.addon.com) nothing comes up. 

What am I forgetting?

Where is the domain name registered (with us or elsewhere?) also have you changed the nameservers the domain is pointed at, so it matches up with where your primary domain's nameservers are pointing?  This might be some help too:

The problem was with the nameserver.  I didn't know what that was, but I found it and changed it to match the primary domain and now it works!  Thanks!
