I recently switched to Lunarpages.  I'm sure it's not done propagating yet.  I've been trying to ftp as directed in the Critical Account info.  I'm trying to connect to host name= europa.lunarpages.com/~myusername.

I've tried addressing the host with ftp.  I've tried it without.  I've even tried ftp'ing to my domain.  It hasn't worked.

The message I get from CuteFTP is "Can't Resolve Host Name."

If it matters, I *am* working on a home network where 2 computers share an IP address.  Am I going to need to shut one down each time I try to FTP?

You should connect to

europa.lunarpages.com

and not europa.lunarpages.com/~myusername, which isn't a valid domain.

You cannot ftp to your domain until your the dns has started working properly.

So,

For the host, use "europa.lunarpages.com", without the quotes,

use your normal username and password to connect.

If you are still stuck, please write back.

Thanks, Stephan.  FTP's going on in the other window right now.  Before reading your amazingly fast reply, I tried turning off the other computer in my house, which is networked to the one I'm working on.  I forgot they share an IP address and were probably confusing everything.
