One more question

In Control Panel, it shows the no. of Mysql Databases is 0, should it be 1 ?

You have to login to your control panel and setup a database.

It's in the "Advanced Menu" section

Click on database and set it up.

The server name is localhost

just an important note, it'll add on your username_ to whatever you enter as a database or for a table.  Just remember that when you make your code to access your database.
