lotsa help.

I have a DNS, call it, www.rookie.com...

I am Hosted by Lunarpages.

I would like to be able tohave my email addy to be, for example, rokie@roookie.com and, of course, my forum Members to have (whatever)@rookie.com.

Can you able folks give me a good, easy to understand Tut on how to accomplish this?  All help will be gratefully received.  Thanks.
