Any time I delete e-mail from outlook is not deleting from server even though I have it set to delete from server when emptying trash.
What am I doing wrong?
Please help

if anything you probably can uncheck the 'leave a copy of messages on server.' and it will automatically delete the messages on the server after download.  

however, if it's important for you to keep messages on the server after download, i don't know what else you can do.

maybe unselect the option. save the change.  close the app.  open the app. reselect the option.  then, save the change.

Normally mail is deleted after it has been downloaded from a POP3 server.

Have you tried deleting the account in Outlook express, then going into the CPanel and clicking on the automatic setup button? That will setup Outlook Express correctly for you.
