I don't use webmail; instead, I download my e-mail and work on in locally.  When I downloaded the mailer-daemon message that said "don't delete me", I didn't.

But... I guess the point is that the message needs not to be removed from the Lunarpages server...?

I was wondering if I could move the file somewhere, but I can't even see it when I look in WebMail (Horde)...?

I must be dense; could somebody please clarify what is going on with this?

Thanks!

Eliz.

People have written about this before.

I haven't actually had the same problem, but if it really won't go away, deleting the e-mail address, then recreating it would probably solve the problem.

In Microsoft Outlook, I have had difficulty deleting files - this is normally when a virus was attached.  If you are in Outlook, you can create a message rule and add that sender into your rule to permanently delete.  This works as I do this on a daily basis with all the emails which I cannot delete manually.
