I am currently switching servers,  but am wondering if I am using the right ftp information. My website is not working at all, so I want to make sure that I am uploading to the right place.   I currently get a 500 internal server error for my index page at www.staticfiends.com .....

You are already in our DNS, all you need to do is to switch to our nameservers.

Just login where you bought your domain name, and enter the new information.

Right now when i try to ping staticfiends.com it is not even pointing anywhere. Looks that you have not entered any nameservers? I would suggest you call directnic and sort this out with them. Tell them to add our nameservers to your domain name and it will work great.

If you need us to help, send your username and password for directnic (where you bought your domain name) to support@lunarpages.com and tell us that you are having a problem changing the nameservers, and we will help you. Thats what the support address is for
