I would recommend contacting support@lunarpages.com to get help with this issue.  If you had the premium restore service on your account, you would be able to restore from backup free of charge.  If not, then yes you can gain access to our backups but there will be a $75 per hour charge, with 1 hour minimum.

Please note that backups are only kept on the tapes for around 3 days, so the more quickly we obtain the relevant and necessary details, the less likely the backup will be removed from our tapes.  Please note that if your restore request is for contents over 3-5 days old, the probability it is on our backups is very low, although you can still request that we check to see if it might be available.
