I've been trying to access Domain Management http://manage.opensrs.net and I've open tickets but still no response. I just want to get the transfer code for my domains so I can move it to a different registrar before I terminate my business plan.

I have my user id and password but I get an error message even though I use the exact same username/password on cPanel and Account Management and I can login ok.

"Error Page

Error: Invalid username/password combination for dewfoam.net.

Authentication Error."

The first ticket I submitted they decided to forward to Billing, which I won't get a response any time soon because they're only open during regular office hours.

My second ticket to support was forwarded to Level 2 which says that their queue has a slightly longer turn around time.

Is there anything else that I can try or any suggestions as to why my username and password doesn't work?
