Dreamweaver FTP help

So my domain name and everything's up.. but for some reason, everytime i try to connect via Dreamweaver's FTP, i never get connected. I've tried the host directory as numerous things as well as ftp-ing to both the server and the domain name. the password and login are correct. any ideas?

i can connect to two other sites just fine (different hosts)
