Just set up account, my DNS hasn't been transferred over yet.  I'm setting up e-mail accts, and sending works fine, but not I'm receiving anything via web email.  Could this be because of the domain situation?

yes.  domain name propgation takes 2-3 days after you updated your domain name servers with your registrar.  once your domain name activates, you'll be able to receive mail sent to your domain name.
