Hi all.....I'm having trouble sending emails via panel i cant seam to send/receive them

(server requires authentication) < appears as well as when i try and send it,it says i need verified?

How are you sending the mail exactly?  Is it webmail or via an e-mail client?

once i compose the email and try and send it im met with this!

 There was an error sending your message: Failed to send data [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 503, response: All RCPT commands were rejected with this error: Sender verify failed Valid RCPT command must precede DATA)]

Someone is still using the outdated webmail clients in cPanel?

Wow, I just forward everything to Yahoo which I consider the best interface in the world. Just go into mail and set your forwarders to the email provider of your choice and add that address to your email client.

My ISP gives me 7 ad free yahoo accounts but if you do not get that just sign up for a free one and browse using Firefox. Then load Adblock plus to remove the ads.
