It might be a good idea to let everyone know that their sites can be accessed via FTP and a web browser and that there is no software install necessary for a program such as WSFtp.
ftp://userid@server_name.lunarpages.com/ - where userid should be replaced by the persons login user id and server_name should be replaced by the server name, such as Saturn - which is what mine is.  This allows drag and drop.
