I bought your basic plan yesterday and received your welcome email, but unfortunately, my account was put into a server whose ip had been blocked by China firewall so I can't connect to it.
I contacted the support from Lunardesk 8 hours ago, he asked me provide some information and I replied him, but nothing occured after waiting for about 4 hours. So I opened a new ticket and provided more information, but still no reply.

How can I get resolved rapidly?
