I am trying to complete my e-commerce site.    "[eek]"   I am considering moving my website from Interland to Lunar.  I have a few questions before I do.  How easy is implementing the Interchange shopping cart?  My web hosting includes the Miva Merchant shopping cart, however I found the documentation a little difficult to use.  Is Interchange a completely free shopping cart and if so do I have to be hosted with Lunar to get it?  Thanks!

Hi,

If you choose the premium plan, you can setup the shopping carts with a few clicks from the Control Panel.

If you choose the standard plan, you can install them by hand, which is a bit trickier.

Interchange is free, you don't have to be on lunarpages to use it, but lunarpages is a very good, reliable webhost, with lots of features, and we can help you out with any problems you have.

Interchange is a powerful shopping cart. It has plenty of good features, but there's a learning curve.  Once you figure your way around it, you'll realize how much you can do with it.

The servers at Lunar provide plenty of scripting capabilites, so that pretty much anything will run on it as far as cart programs.

There's a simple shopping cart  here  you can look at.  I incorporate it into my technicallyteaching.com site.
