1. DON'T SHOUT. Please use upper and lower case letters.

2. Do you have an existing php.ini file that you're trying to modify, or are you creating a new php.ini file? Systems do not normally come with a php.ini already installed -- you normally have to create the file.

3. If the file does NOT exist, go into your control panel file manager (LPCP?) and navigate to the directory you want to put the php.ini file in. If you have no idea where to put it, put it in /home/YOURACCOUNT/public_html/. Click on "Create new file" and name it php.ini.

4. If the file exists, go into your control panel file manager (LPCP?) and navigate to the file. Select the file and select "Edit file". Make your changes and save the file.

Alternative: Use an FTP client to download the existing php.ini file to your PC. Use Notepad to edit the file. Never use Word or any other "word processor". Use FTP client to upload the new or modified php.ini to the proper location.

If you are on LPCP control panel, the wording of the options may be a little different than cPanel.

This guide should help:

Don't forget to also edit your .htaccess file with the php.ini information.  Thumbs Up
