My new LunarPages Basic Webhosting account offers me the VI editor from the command line.  How can I obtain or install VIM?

Hmmm, maybe I'm missing something but I don't see any mention of being able to install your own software on the web server or having shell access at http://www.lunarpages.com/web-hosting/basic-hosting/.
