I am pretty new to all this so I hope this is not a stupid question.

I would like to make the buttons at the top change colors when you mouse over them. Perhaps red.

And below the pictures are buttons. I would like to make them zoom or become bigger when moused over to make it more obvious that they are buttons. Not a lot bigger just a little.

Is there an easy way to do this?

But I have no idea what the CSS hover property is. I use pagemason to edit the page and I don't see that there. Is that something I can find in my Cpanel or is this something separate?

Sorry, do not know anything about pagemason. Your source code shows the CSS is included in the head section not in its own stylesheet but the style seems to imported from an external style sheet. I do not know if pagemason allows you alter the CSS code.
