My web site quit working, probably been down for a week.

All .HTML files are inaccessable in Firefox & Safari, they load fine in IE. .HTM files can be read in Firefox. At first I thought it was a bug in Firefox 3, because IE loaded the pages fine, but now I'm starting to get problem reports from my customers.

This is on Hydrus which was down for emergency maintenance last week, did you guys forget to reset permissions or something?

I can't seem to get a reply from email, telephone, or web.

I know enough about this stuff to be dangerous, please help.

I would recommend contacting support@lunarpages.com so they could check out things on the server side for you with this issue.  Thanks!

Is this RxKinetics.com? It seems to work fine for me (with Firefox 2). From your Home Page I click on various links on the left column and even though they're .html files, they load fine. Have you tried clearing your browser cache? If that works, ask your customers to try it too.

FireFox 3 here, and that site loads fine.

Yes, rxkinetics.com.  Thank you, I was in a panic.  Earlier today it wasn't loading in Safari on mac either, throwing "Forbidden" errors, but now it is loading in Safari.  And, although it was loading in IE, my PHP footers weren't showing.  I'm guessing file/folder permissions weren't set correctly after the server maintenance.  I'll try clearing the firefox cache on my PC, thanks so much for the advice.
