So I bought a domain and hosting..

I have followed all instructions and have not been set up yet.
Now I find out I have been charged twice on my bank account.
I am not getting any responses to my tickets concerning it.

I am becoming increasingly angry. I demand support and have not been able to recieve any at all except from the initial message.
If I do not receive any help by the end of Monday I will take action.

The LP Billing Department is not open nights and weekends. I'm sure they will be happy to apologize for the mixup and straighten it out first thing Monday morning. Make sure that you have submitted a ticket, so they have an official record.
