Hello

I received an email from a client who tried viewing my site, but reported that it was having problems.  Everything was fine from my end, so I assumed it was a glitch.  I recently evacuated from the hurricane and tried visiting my website from a relative's computer, and all of my images were gone!!  I checked the paths and saw all was straight there.  The HTML editor had one of those 404 denied access messages, so I couldn't make changes until I returned home.  So frustrating!!!

Now that I'm back, I see my site is working once again from my computer.  I posted a "check my website out" to the general public, and asked if my site was working for them.  I've since had several emails saying that they couldn't view my site.

The world used to be able to visit my site with no problems.  I haven't made any major changes.  Why is it suddenly only working for a very select few?  What can I do to fix the problem?

Please  Help me.

If http://www.nicholepaints.com/ is what you are worried about- it came up fine for me. I would say network problems between where you are now and LP- probably very short lived.

Hmmm, from my computer, I see your main page just fine, but when I click on your links I see your html instead of the page as it is intended to look in the browser (well except for the blog which is to be expect that it would appear differently).  I've never seen that before.

Oh, I see that now. He needs to rename the other pages page.html instead of just page.

Hello

Site is loading fine for me .But for example if I am trying to load myportfolio area is showing me the page source.

http://www.nicholepaints.com/myportfolio

Please try the following code in .htaccess which is forcing the request file to load and force the html extension.

RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME}\.html -f
 RewriteRule ^(.*)$ $1.html

I hope this is helpful. If the issue persist please contact our support at support@lunarpages.com and our admins will assist you further.
Thank you.
