It only means you did not complete the rebilling process that was sent out to you in email 10 days ago.

Everyone that was affected should have recieved an email yes.. to their original email address they used when they signed up with us.

We updated our billing process, during the time we implemented it new accounts where not billed correctly.

So everyone had to resubmit their payment details to us. It is resolved now for everyone. Exept a very few.
