I have two add-ons in the hope that I could upload FP created pages to them independantly of the main account. However, when I've tried to do this it deletes the folders containing the add-on files. It is not something I'm doing deliberately because I don't know how to and thus I don't know how to repair the damage. I received a support message telling me I must go to the folder in cpanel and upload it from there but I still get the same results = deleted add-on sites.

 : Hello,

I have removed the dns for your add-on domains.  You can now add them yourself
in your cpanel through the add-on domain manager.  If you delete the folders
again we will have to charge you for re-doing the dns on your add-on domains.

Thank you,

Lunarpages Help Desk staff.

When I have tried to add the two sites in the add-on manager I get the message that it cannot be added because the dns for the add-on already exists but according to the e-mail from support, they don't exist. How do I resolve this problem?

Christopher at lunarpages support has resolved the add-on sites issue but I would still like an answer to the problem of replacing deleted add-on folders and where they might be on my cpanel. If I try to upload to my add-on sites, something deletes them and as yet, I've not discovered what but it has to be the FP program as that is all I use. Android (Web dummy)
