Problem: .jpg will not appear on webpage, need advice on .html "pathing" to a sub-domain

I have a domain and a subdomain.  The domain is m-cylinder.com, and the subdomain is calleridmovie.com

I have a webpage nested inside a folder called "caller" that resides in my public_html folder inside the m-cylinder.com domain.  There is an index.htm webpage inside the "caller" folder.

ALTHOUGH DREAMWEAVER RECOGNIZES THE .jpg, labeled cid_head_banner1.jpg (contained on both the domain and sub-domain levels) with a path specification to  either the domain or the subdomain, IT WILL NOT COME UP WITHIN THE BROWSER.

I can see the .jpg if I go to : www.m-cylinder.com/caller/cid_head_banner1.jpg

but cannot specify a path to it that works when www.calleridmovie.com is accessed from a browser...?!

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

You left out caller/ from the path.
