I am new with hosting. I have a blog setup up already. Its been months and don't have as such any problem.
But suddenly I realized while buying the hosting plan, I was offered a free domain for life. I didn't register that time because I already had two domains and wasn't getting any good idea about what domain to buy.
Now I just need to know how can I avail my free domain?
And also I want to transfer(just change the nameserver not transfer completely) my other domain(which I own in my namecheap account) to Lunarpages and want to start a website with it. Can you please enlist how to do so?From transferring to setting up my website.
Also suggest me good discussion board I need to use.
Are CMS good or just go with manual setup of all the features I need.

I know there are lots of questions please answer them.

There is no time limit (that I know of) to taking advantage of the free domain. You can always use it later, either as a new add-on domain, or by transferring one of your owned domains from the present registrar to LP (actually Tucows is the registrar) for a one-time fee ($9.50 or something like that).
