for my birthday yesterday I was givin the standard plan on lunarpages.com with a subdomian 'zagros.lunarpages.com'
and a domain through namecheap.com 'firstfrost.com'

iam trying to get them all to work together right. without url or frame redirects.

ive been trying alot of things ive seen on the forums, and faq's on both pages. but i have just seemed to fail and mess up enough that I forgot how to undo it all, if you could help me setup my domain name to point to my lunarpages.com host and work correctly I would be very apricative.

You can make your domain name work with your lunarpages webspace.

All you have to do is contact namecheap and ask them to change the dns servers to the lunarpages ones (which are listed on the FAQ page).

Then you will lose the subdomain, and it will be replaced with your domain name.

If you don't feel like doing that, it's not important. I just visited 'firstfrost.com' and it forwarded to your lunarpages account anyway.

yea iam useing a frame redirect right now, its not what i wanted to do orginaly.

i mean really whats the point if you got a domain if all it does is redirect..

right i did just like you said, i put in the lunarpages nameservers

NS1.DYNAMICNAME.COM
NS2.DYNAMICNAME.COM

if iam supposed to change something else or if its not right i know in a day or so..

If you contact them and ask them to use the lunarpages nameservers, then it your webspace on lunarpages will work perfectly with your domain.

Just email support@lunarpages.com and tell them you want to change your primary domain name.

And everything will be set for you  "[Smile]"
