Hi everybody,
I am a newbie,
I am trying to download an image to my oscommerce site, this is the message I am getting.



Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /images/Twin-Things-820wide.gif on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can anyone help me with this please

Hi,

I have checked your account. The path is correct but it looks like the image may be corrupted.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I am curious how it's corrupted. I received this image from my graphic designer. gif file, any suggestions how this can be fixed then.
