For some reason the html files i upload on /public_html cannot be accesed when i try to find them via typing their destination.
As a result i am only able to edit my site's content via pagemason, which i personally feel that it doesn't fill me 100%.

Domain: www.atqpokemon.com
Any advice?

How did you upload your files? In cPanel > File Manager, do they show up in the correct directory (e.g., public_html/)? What are their permissions? Most files (except executables) should be 644, and directories below public_html/ should be 755. How are you "typing their destination"? /home/ACCOUNT/public_html/myscript.php would be accessed as http://www.mydomain.com/myscript.php. Do you get any kind of error message (500, 404, etc.) when you try to access your file?

I think it's Alpaca, not cPanel for me.

I get the 404 error.

That control panel should have some sort of File Manager where you can see what files are where, and what their permissions are. 404 says that either you put the file in the wrong place (such as in /home/ACCOUNT/ rather than /home/ACCOUNT/public_html/), or you're giving the wrong address when you try to access it (such as http://www.mydomain.com/public_html/myscript.php).

I am definite the files are uploaded on the public_html directory. Thanks for the feedback so far, i'll check the file's permissions, which seems to be the problem here. If i don't solve the problem then i guess i'll be sending a support ticket.

Thanks once again.

Hi Astamatitos,

I do see the other pages uploaded on the account are resolving. The permissions on the page I checked that is not resolving are correct and it appears to be a basic html pages so it might be something in the coding that is causing it to fail.

If you haven't already done so, please do send a ticket to support@lunarpages.com so we can investigate further.

EDIT: OK, I see the issue now. Please email support@lunarpages.com.
