We are setting up a site and installed ez portal, everything went fine with the install but in the ACP we don't have a way to modify the portal, I think I am missing an admin file, would anyone know whats going on?

Also, we would like to add links to our forum index page but I am not sure what the file is called to edit the code to add links at the top of the page (where the FAQ, Search, member list)

Any help would be great
