Hi,

Is possible to reactivate my previous account over the weekend?

I had registered with Lunarpage a couple years ago.  When one year is up, Lunarpage has problems to use my new credit card details.  I don't know why.  Anyway, I need to reactivate it.  Not sure whether it can be done now. or I have to wait until the office come back on Monday.  Please let me know.

Hi mh,

Depending how "old" the account is it may not be able to be re-activated and you will need to sign up again. Please send an email to support@lunarpages.com with your domain name or account username so we can look into this for you.

Thank you, an email has been sent to support.  Hope it can be done over the weekend.  It is not too old.  I have done something in 2008.
