An RSS seems like a good idea but at the moment the only place I know that contains the information your after is the 5 forums under the 'Information & Opportunities' section at the top of the main forum page.

All LP news is located in the upper forums of the forum.  We have no plans at this time to add RSS.  However, the latest news portion of CAP will be available shortly and will contain the same information found in the forum news sections

Well I might sharpen my PHP skills by writing a screen scraper to retrieve pages from lunarforums.com and serve them as RSS.  I'd use caching to avoid overloading lunarforums, and check each forum only once every 10 minutes say.  Is this something that

a) people would like to use? (I know I would)
b) Lunarpages would be happy for me to do?

I might make a start now for my own personal use but if the Lunarpages people are happy for me to do so then I'll make the feeds publicly available.
