My registered website is Jordotk.com. I signed up through the other hosting company.

As soon as I purchased my hosting through Lunar, they gave me my temp address and FTP access. This was on Monday. My website STILL isn't up yet. Is there anything I can do?

log into your account at the other hosting company and change the nameservers to show lunarpages nameservers.

Primary      : ns1.dynamicname.com    
Secondary : ns2.dynamicname.com

Once the domain is using the lunarpages nameservers, you have to add it in CPanel (your control panel) as a parked domain.

Changing nameservers can take up to 72 hours.
