login is usually:

alias+domainname.com

yes, that is a plus sign between the email alias/account name that you created and your domain name.

then enter your password.

I've always been able using to log in simply using the email address and password. It's how I do it now both pop3 and web.

you can login with your plain username if you are accessing the root account/the catch all account.
(eg, your cpanel username).

If it is an account that has been added, and has a seperate login name, you will need to use the user@domain.com format. or user+domain.com
