Hi,

I have been able to upload all my other files, but this one 35 mb quicktime always times out towards the end. Whether I use internet explorer and login to my ftp via that, or using Direct FTP 6.2 from coffee. The file transfers slowly, and then finally it loses its connection before finishing ever single time.

I was told to adjust php.ini and .htaccess so I did, but with still the same result. Can anyone look at this and see if it is correct? I did not find a clear guide to do this.

I tried this and my php.ini file contents are as follows:

[Zend]
zend_optimizer.optimization_level=15
zend_extension_manager.optimizer=/usr/local/Zend/lib/Optimizer-2.5.10
zend_extension_manager.optimizer_ts=/usr/local/Zend/lib/Optimizer_TS-2.5.10
zend_optimizer.version=2.5.10a
zend_extension = /usr/local/lib/ioncube_loader_lin_4.4.so

zend_extension=/usr/local/Zend/lib/ZendExtensionManager.so
zend_extension_ts=/usr/local/Zend/lib/ZendExtensionManager_TS.so

register_globals = off

upload_max_filesize=1000m
post_max_size =1000m
max_input_time=200000
max_execution_time=200000

---------------------------------------------
my .htaccess file contents:

suPHP_ConfigPath /home/madguru3/public_html/path/to/php.ini

I still can't upload a simple 35mb quicktime to my site without it disconnecting early.

Thanks!

Adnan

Does this only happen with Quicktime files or is it with any file type?

FTP is not influenced by the php.ini file so any changes there won't take affect.
