Lunarpages gives setup intructions for uploading files using WS FTP.  Does anyone know how I need to set up Dreamweaver MX to do the same?

I would answer your question if I knew that answer!

I don't have Dreamweaver.

Generally though, you can use either your domain, or subdomain address as the server name:

e.g. you.lunarpages.com
or you.com
or www.you.com

and your normal username and password to login.

You pick FTP then {Your Server}.lunarpages.com
leave host directory blank Then login and password
